You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. To exercise your cancellation right please visit our returns area.
You must notify Espa Pumps (UK) Limited before returning any items. Please contact our returns department on 01206 391291 option 2, or email email@example.com. You will then be issued with a returns form and authorisation number. Returns will not be processed without an authorisation number and completed returns form.
If you no longer require an item that you have received, then it may be returned to us at your own cost. We can arrange to collect the item, but these charges will be deducted from the original payment balance.
Please note that items no longer required must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. This means that all items must be returned in A1 condition, unused and undamaged in its original packaging. Refurbished items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn’t received in new, unopened condition.
If the item is damaged, please notify Espa Pumps (UK) Ltd, on 01206 391291 option 2, within 3 working days of receiving the item.
If returning an item due to a fault, please contact out Technical Department on 01206 391291 option 2, who will process the claim for you. We may require that the item is returned to us for inspection. If the nature of the fault has been caused by an installation issue, misuse or negligence, then a refund will not be offered. If the item has failed due to a manufacturing defect, a refund or replacement will be provided at Espa Pumps (UK) Ltd discretion.
Please note that this returns policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn’t affect your right of cancellation as described above.
The standard warranty period for ESPA products is 24 months from date of invoice (except swimming pool pumps that are covered under extended 5 years warranty).
The above warranty is given by ESPA subject to the following conditions: ESPA shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Equipment arising from any drawing, design, or specification supplied by the Customer; ESPA shall be under no liability in respect of any Equipment which in ESPA’s absolute opinion has been improperly installed, maintained or operated; ESPA shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow ESPA’s instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Equipment without ESPA’s approval; ESPA shall be under no liability under the above warranty (or any other warranty, condition or guarantee), if the total price for the Equipment has not been paid by the due date for payment, or if the Customer is otherwise in breach of the contract; the above warranty does not extend to parts, materials or equipment not manufactured by ESPA, in respect of which, the Customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer to ESPA.
The extended warranty is exclusively for the ESPA pool pump range and its application specified in the following conditions:
In any case, the maximum warranty period is five years from the product invoice date.
